While trying to reconnect with the voices of loved ones we’d almost forgotten, we discovered some old video tapes. After searching for a company to digitise them, we found EachMoment. Last night, we heard my grandmother’s voice reading a Christmas poem for the first time in over three decades. She passed away in 1990, and I had kept an old cassette tape, damaged in a player, hoping someday it could be restored. It is very easy to place an order as everything is organised by EachMoment. I ordered the digitisation of a large quantity of old Super 8 Cine film, Video 8 tapes, VHS tapes and photographic negatives. The process took about 3 weeks due to the quantity but it was well worth waiting for. I was absolutely delighted by the results and I feel reconnected with my past and people who were in my life as far back as the early 1950s. Incredible ! I needed to have a large collection of videocam cassettes transferred as a surprise for a 70th birthday on short notice. The team at EachMoment was extremely helpful, providing online access to all 39 tapes before I even received the USBs so I could choose specific clips for the party.
